You are invited to consider becoming a member of 304af LLC (“the Fund” or “304af”).

Your participation is a part of a significant step that investors are taking to ensure the robust future of the region’s business and economic development.

If you are interested in being a Member of the Angel Investment Fund, we ask that you express your interest by completing the below form.

After we receive sufficient responses, we will prepare the remaining documentation needed to formally establish the Fund. You will receive a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) which will contain terms and relevant disclosures so you can make a fully informed decision regarding the purchase of full voting membership unit(s).

Note: please keep in mind you will need to self-certify that you qualify as an accredited investor.
