304af is an invite-only angel investment fund for accredited investors (individuals and entities) that collaborate on finding and investing in deals in West Virginia. While we like investing in other places and other people too, we are 304af.

Why We Began
Founders undergo a lot of pain to find funding. And then the governance process from investors can be unreasonably cumbersome. And of course, many investors do not add much value beyond money. 304af is here to reduce friction and create an environment that actually helps founders and their businesses succeed.

Executive Committee
304af is member-managed. This means decisions are made with all members voting as opposed to having specific fund managers responsible for investment decisions. And no members are paid for their individual services to the fund. The below members are voted to the Executive Committee positions to aid in the smooth operation of 304af.
